Wu Yuan Zhuang

Wu Yuan Zhuang is the third step of  Dynamic Zhineng Qigong, which is  the most complex, comprehensive, and complete set of practices in the Dynamic Zhineng Qigong system. It focuses on the opening, closing, and blending of the genuine Qi of the five organs, guiding them to return to a unified state, thereby achieving the integration of spirit and Qi.

Wu Yuan Zhuang simplifies and applies ancient theories and practices such as opening gates, activating acupoints, and using sound vibrations. It combines the methods of guiding Qi with mind, form, and sound into a cohesive practice.

This practice can regulate the health of the five organs and address emotional issues. It also enhances our consciousness, moral cultivation, and overall well-being.

The practice combines :

- External HunYuan: Guiding Qi with mind.

- Body-Mind Form: Guiding Qi with physical movements.

- Organ-Genuine HunYuan: Guiding Qi with sound vibrations.

The benefits are :

- Opens channels connecting humans with nature.

- Strengthens the ability to gather and disperse bodily Qi and transform it into genuine organ Qi.

- Enhances the blending capacity of genuine organ Qi and its responsiveness to conscious control.
